LMCV Operations

The Operations budget covers recurring costs to provide food, clothing, medicine and hygiene for the children, school and caregiving staff, and some transportation/fuel costs, and miscellaneous related expenses.

​

The staff at LMCV are dedicated. Many have worked there for nearly a decade, and for the majority it has been without any form of payment. For some, it takes an hour or longer to walk to the orphanage each day. We have now built in a stipend for the caregivers  and for the teachers/staff at the school at the Village.  These stipends are small (approx. $46-60/mo) and are the only income for they receive. The staff continue to serve because of the love they have for the children.
